A graduate of the Institut d’études politiques d’Aix-en-Provence and the École nationale supérieure de Sécurité sociale (EN3S), Frédéric Birrittieri began his career with the Urssaf network. Initially, he worked on service relationship issues for large companies, before turning to management and project management at Urssaf Ile-de-France. At this organization, Frédéric Birrittieri worked on the deployment of the Déclaration sociale nominative (DSN) and the implementation of the prélèvement à la source de l’impôt sur le revenu (income tax at source). 4 years ago, he decided to join the Caisse Nationale d’Assurance Vieillesse (CNAV) to set up a policyholder relations department in the Ile-de-France region.
